KYHA Members and Friends, 

As many of you all may be aware, there are KY Administrative Regulations on CBD that are open for comment until December 31, 2020. There are several items in the regulations that could damage manufacturers, brands and the industry at large. 

Over the last month or so there have been combined efforts to draft up comments to these regulations while talking with the U.S. Hemp Roundtable, the Roundtable’s legal team and Commissioner Quarles’ team regarding adjustments that need to be made to protect the industry. 

We need to get more producers and businesses in the industry to submit these comments. So we are asking for your help! 

Go to this link to access the drafted comments that are ready to go, all you all would need to do is download them and add your letterhead and/or signature and email the comments as a PDF to the contact listed below. We’d suggest the following subject line “Comments to 902 KAR 45:190”.
